The Third Quarter Report (October 20, 2007—January 19, 2008)

A. Projects and Events

a) On January 13, the founder of One Foundation—Jet Li was invited to participant the annual meeting of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, discussed the philanthropy issues with the most prestigious business leaders nationwide. About one thousand MBA students (most are presidents and CEOs) committed to serve as One Foundation volunteers at least one hour per month to contribute their talents and promote the charity concepts in China.

b) On December 15, 2007, One Foundation and Peking University jointly announced that a society in Peking University will cooperate with One Foundation to promote charity in campus—One Foundation volunteers, who are movie stars, participated the event and shared with the students their views about charity.

c) On December 8, Jet Li was invited to participant the 6th Chinese Business Leaders Summit, the event was hosted by Chinese Entrepreneurs—a very popular business magazine. Jet Li discussed with the business leaders at the forum of Philanthropy. Charity and Foundation management.

d) On December 7, One Foundation and AsiaMediCom co-hosted gala dinner in Grand Hyatt Shanghai. At the event, One Foundation and AsiaMediCom jointly announced that the two organizations will work together to promote charity among global doctors, provide platform for them to contribute their talents. At the spot, more than 300 doctors committed to sever as One Foundation volunteers.

e) On December 5, the first Psychological Crisis Prevention training program hosted in Beijing. This program is sponsored by One Foundation, psychologists abroad provided training to more than 80 staff from Red Cross Society of China. The program will continue and plan to train 4,800 volunteers within one year.

f) On November 10, the 1st Sunshine and Caring Center was established in Beihang University. This project was sponsored by One Foundation and plan to set up centers in 58 universities across the country.

B. New Donors for This Quarter

a) Shenzhen Xinghe Group: donate RMB 2 million.
b) Shenzhen Toyota Association: Toyota dealers will promote One Foundation in their stores; help to raise fund among the car users, the fundraising events will be held quarterly.
c) November 8, Xiamen Huizhan Jinhongxin Zhanlan Co. Ltd. Donate RMB 20,000.
d) November to December, Levi’s put their products on Maopu.com for auction, donate RMB 11,522.
